Description: Pampero Aniversario is a Venezuelan dark rum, which was created in 1963 to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Pampero brand. Pampero founders, decided to pour all of their skills and knowledge into creating exceptional rum – they changed the traditional way of making rum by adding Ex-Sherry casks to the usual Ex-Bourbon barrels that were already using. By adding this type of cask to their production process Pampero founders were able to create a unique flavor profile for their rum that was different from other rums on the market. Pampero Aniversario is created from Pampero “Exclusive Reserve”: their rarest, most exclusive rums aged for a minimum of 12 years, subsequently blended and finally aged for a further 4 years. Pampero Aniversario is an intense, premium rum, that unfolds pallet of aromas and flavours of intense wood, sherry and cocoa, sweet vanilla, caramel and fruity orange peel and dried fruits.
