Description: The 160 hectare vineyard of Château Minuty lies on the peninsula of Saint Tropez, in Provence. This Côtes de Provence wine comes from vines are grown using sustainable viticulture methods and vines that are on average 30 years old. With a great aromatic intensity, the nose unveils notes of little acidic red fruits which develop into exotic fruit scents. Lively and refreshing, the palate entices with its light, lemony and plant-like notes.
