Description: 2023 Lithuanian wine championship - gold medal (2020). Masseria Altemura is located in Italy, in one of the best viticultural terroirs - in the heart of the Salento peninsula, equidistant from the Ionian Sea and the Adriatic Sea. Grapes grow in calcareous soil and are exposed to windy currents and sea salinity as they grow. Primitivo di Manduria is Masseria Altemura's most iconic wine and has achieved great success in Italy and internationally. The taste is full, silky and soft. The rich taste comes from the grape variety and the territorial specificity. The aroma is intense and distinctive, with jammy ripe red berries, black berries and fruits.
