Grapes grow in calcareous soil and are exposed to windy currents and sea salinity as they grow. Apulo Fiano Salento has a fresh and semi-dry taste with good acidity. Exotic fruits stand out in the rich taste. Peach, grapefruit and lime peel can be felt in the intense aroma.
