Smell: This Cabernet Sauvignon bursts from the glass with aromas of black cherries, wild berry fruits and sweet spices such as cinnamon, nutmeg, chocolate and tobacco.

Description: The grapes for this very special wine have been selected almost on a vine per vine basis, with the aim to preserve all of the character and personality that our single estate terroir has to offer. This wine is made entirely from Cabernet Sauvignon that fermented separately parcel by parcel in stainless steel tanks. Prolonged maceration up to 4 or 5 weeks and ageing in new barrels of new French Allier oak, for 12 -15 months, in a heated ageing shed.
