Description: This wine, created in 2015, is called 281 in reference to the blue Pantone number used for the bottle design. This intense colour pays homage to the Mediterranean Sea which influences and enhances the Minuty vineyard every year. First dominated by citrus, exotic fruit and whitecurrant notes, the nose developes complex scents of white-fleshed fruit and vine peaches underlined by iodine and spicy (white pepper) touches. The palate is airy, unveiling a lovely fullness and a long continuance.
